Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
Danaher is a genius in the real of bjj. So for him to put a solo training instructional for free is pretty cool. I have been to gyms that still warm up with this types of moves but doit all wrong and think they are an exercise or something. Danaher shows you why they are needed and for what end so you don't end up doing break dancing moves instead of hip heisting at the warm ups.
Bernardo
Omoplata Everyone by Bernardo Faria
I really appreciate Bernardo's teaching approach. He is a very technical player and he explains complex techniques in a way that makes them very easy to understand. "Omoplata Everyone" is one of the first videos I purchased but I keep coming back to it because I pick up something new every time.
Detailed yet concise
