The Cicero Costha BJJ Competition Blue Print by Cicero Costha
I was hesitant to purchase this as the description made it seem like a short instructional. Each volume is about an hour long and Cicero has his assistants teach some modern techniques like worm guard and he teaches passing concepts. He also critiques his students teaching methods as well. Good informational set and well worth the money!
