Finding balance with footwork
Secrets Of A Champion Balance by Trevor Wittman and Justin Gaethje
Of the four instructionals currently released by Trevor Wittman this is the one that I would begin with. The central theme throughout the instructional is of course balance, but many of the chapters focus on the essential footwork. The walking with punches section begins very basic, but everything after builds on that section in a fundamental way. I found the section on sprint steps and basing a really important addition to my game that I had not previously been taught. The section on jabbing backwards with the correct form and power was also very good. The multiple camera angles are really valuable and I appreciate the effort that went into having three cameras working (including an over-head camera).
