Easy to Follow
Systematically Attacking The Legs by Gordon Ryan
Really well detailed instructional to get you to understand the leg game. Gordon isn't necessarily my favorite combat sports personality, but he's undoubtedly one of the best competitors in the sport of jiu jitsu and he got there from being a good student. Really knows his stuff and he's done so many of these instructionals now he knows where the camera is and shows you the angles of importance.

This is a game changer. By learning the tricks of Magid, you can improve your tactical game, especially in the beginning of a fight. Also, it makes you more calm with the battle of grips ; you'll put your focus and energy in the good movements. Magid is awesome. So great to watch. Definitely recommanded. Peace to Magid

Middle Aged No-Gi
Middle Aged BJJ 2: No Gi by Tom DeBlass
Necessity! Necessity! Necessity! If I knew this approach when I was younger, I wouldnt have issues recovering "from the issues" of not using it. Youung Heads watching, if you use this approach as a base philosophy and practice, you can be a chamelean with a long, and healthy career. You can be as athletic and ballistic when you need to, being most efficiant and economical as you need or can.
