Small is big and big is small
The Running Man & The Baby Bridge: Essential Postures To Keep You Safe by Priit Mihkelson
I have been practicing the deffensive positions of Prit for more than a year and it takes a while to start implementing them but it makes so much sense. As in architecture and art the artists are looking for the divine proportion, so does it exist in BJJ, further more BJJ is all about the divine ratio, so miniature adjustments have to be done constantly. Im 66 kilos but i rarely allow my opponents to smash me since the angles of these positions allow you to not be pinned. Its a journey learning to be un pinnable and its an exciting one.
Pin Escapes
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Danaher is an absolute Genius! Must watch for any beginner. Best way to level up is with feeling comfortable in compromised positions - look no further than this instructional.

Awesome instructional by one of the best Ryan Hall. His explanations on everything is phenomenal
Knowledge bomb
Effortless Jiu Jitsu by Rich Byrne
Wow! The amount of jiujitsu knowledge put down in this video is crazy! It's all from the guard player's perspective and covers a lot of the modern game - crab rides, de la riva, inversion, back takes, foot locks, etc. Rob is 61 but shows that age is no barrier to having a modern game and that flexibility and speed are not required. Everything is principle based, and you do get a dizzying amount of technique thrown at you to show the principles. Honestly, I think it's too much for a beginner to follow, but if you want something you aren't going to master in one watch through, but are happy to come back time and time again to pick up new things you'll love it. Sometimes I'd wish he'd slow down, but you can always watch it again. Plus, all the profits go to Tap Cancer Out, so it's for a great cause. Best of all, he's clearly having a great time, and that rubs off on you watching it. His enthusiasm is infectious. I keep coming back to this to watch again, and I'm sure you will too.
reverse de la riva dante leon
Reverse De La Riva Formula Made Easy by Dante Leon
good solid technique well explained and demonstrated a lot to this position some good food for thought
Yoga for BJJ
Sebastian has such a great complement for BJJ athletes. Flexibility and mobility are such an important part of BJJ. Involuntary yoga is a comical but very true description of BJJ which is why his program is so important.

Off With Thier Head
Off With Their Head: The Arm Triangle by Neil Melanson
I love Neil's take on everything. I had the pleasure of training under him for a good while I was living in Las Vegas. He has a knack for taking puninshing submissions and somehow making them even more punishing. In this case arm triangles.
