The best ways out of sticky situations from the Deadly John Danaher can't go wrong with this purchase
Incredible details loved it!
This instructional is incredible. Prof. Danaher provides a heuristic approach to escaping generally, rather than a bunch of techniques that work only in certain situations.
Loved this series! Helped me with recovering guard against upper belts.
I loved this series. John is really methodical and detail oriented,
I have been struggling with side control escapes and was wondering why my elbow escape wouldn't work in advanced mounts. This helped me understand. The way John Teaches the fundamentals stays in your head. You can remember the principles to help you get out of positions that you never learn how to escape out of. This is so detailed and made John my favorite instructor.
The most thorough instructional I've bought. Brilliant.
I've been relying on the bridge/roll/foottrap method with varying success rates...but Danaher's obsession with the elbow escape has given me a real tool for dealing with the many better fighters I'm rolling with as a whitebait. I actually get it. There's a panic you feel under mount (for good reason) and his frame technique and his focus on positioning to get their knee is so so helpful.
Awesome addition to my collection. Danaher explains it all better than anyone.
Super useful. I wish I watched this when I first started.
Danaher explains how to get out of trouble. Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Awesome!
A solid start for any white belt. After learning and mastering this, you'll become un-pinnable or, at least, make any higher belt work really hard.
excellent basics. This is stuff that can be used by someone day 1, or great review for a high level belt.
This instructional is thoroughly detailed which is no surprise coming from Danaher. Although executing the moves will take some time, I now have a fundamental understanding of what's happening when I'm being pinned and what steps are necessary to get out.
Best instructor on the planet. For whitebelts, escapes creates confidence. John breaks this down so well.
So lucky to have John teaching us the foundations of jiu-jitsu
I have went trough the first parts of this series and I've got great foundation for my game
Great resource, and one that i'm constantly revisiting.
This series will definitely help me become a great escape artist. I make a vow to myself within 3 months no blue or purple belt will pin me down ever again.
danaher videos are the most in depth instructional.
Good in depth instructional.
fantastic and easy to apply
I just started watching this and man I love the teaching styles. You are laid out not just techniques but things that will sit in your brain and remember what kind of escape to do. Sometimes the more moves you learn you don't know what to do but this is a system approach of what escape y ou have to launch.
