I recently got my girls into training BJJ. I started my BJJ training many years, but never learned how to train children. This shows a very fun and active way to train your children or students, while also keeping things fun. I highly recommend this video to any parents or instructors who are looking for ways to keep training fun for their children. Children will be having fun without realizing they are learning.

My 7yo now gets super excited to train knowing that he gets to play these fun games. He is feeling more confident and his muscle memory is starting to develop with these positions better. Great buy and has helped his jits game greatly.

This is a fun and excellent way to train and play with your kids! My 5 year old loves his jiujitsu classes so I got this online course to practice with him at home. It's a lot of fun and a great way to practice and bond with your kids.

Great video to help get your kids into bjj in a fun and Interactive way.
My children love doing the drills in this volume.
My children are 3, 5, and 7 and they really enjoyed the drills in the video. It has made our training time efficient. Before we watched these videos, our training time look more like a pro-wrestling match. The pace in other BJJ videos are too slow to keep my children interested, however, Joel's drills are fun an engaging.

Me and my 5 y.o played through the whole dvd and I feel it has become a core repertoar of our father and son playtime. My son have given me 10 cobra-armbars as my birthday present, because he knows I wish nothing else but to train with him :)

This is brilliant. I’ve been trying to get my 9 year old son back into Bjj for years after he had a bad time and quit around age 5 or 6. Last night we started watching the instructional together and I was hoping he would be interested enough to just try one. 3 hours later I had to break his heart and turn it off for bedtime. The progression in one session from being unsure of where to go to smashing me in side control and hunting far side arm bars was amazing. I could have taught him the same technique but this presentation motivated and engaged him. He ran and grabbed my wife to watch him play the backpack game. Smiles and laughing the whole time. “More fun than Bjj class” I can’t wait to train with him today. These games will develop legit killer instincts. Worth twice the price well done.

I was really impressed with how bjj techniques are introduced and/or taught to the younger audience. The video quality and content are great for making learning bjj fun. The program shows techniques for kids of any age. My kids are getting good exercise while learning bjj during the pandemic. Great product!

Thank you, Joel, for making an awesome family-focused video! Its been very hard not being able to train these past several months, and while I wrestled informally with my kids, your videos now give me a way to teach them some fundamentals in a fun and engaging way! I believe tons of other dads and moms will probably love this video as well - if we make BJJ fun, then there’s a better chance our kids will want to train more with us. A terrific video!
