Amazing. I was able to add all these concepts to my sparring immediately and have small checkpoints in my head while I was passing. I already try and get to that headquarters/splitsquat position when passing which made this so easy to implement. Plus, who doesnt want to learn from Tainan's teacher. now wheres tainan's instructionals?!
