My favorite passing instructional!!! Amazing details and a put together in a truly unique way. The match and sparing commentary by Gi is great! I highly recommend.
Really great detail on the technique
This has definitely helped improved my guard passing. You can add these concepts to a lot the passes you already do, the drills are very helpful as well.
Mendes Bros are one of a kind and never disappoint. This instructional is not for everyone. If you what to know the concepts over just a simple move then this is for you.
I love this vide The Mendes Bros give really nice details and mindset as well I love to see more video with them
I have a lot of instructionals and by far this is my favorite one. This video is easy to understand and covers a lot of concepts for all levels of guard passing. Very applicable to no gi as well, just replace collar grips with collar ties. If you want to pass guard this is the whole package.
Exceptional details on the strategies of guard passing. Essentially there are four main avenues for passing an open-ish guard/Reverse De La Riva. Which aligns with a philosophy of not get too deep deep or entangled with one’s opponent. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot
Excellent instructional by done of the best!
