Excellent Instructional
Mastering The Baratoplata by Joao Miyao
Great techniques that can really round out your shoulder lock game. Combined with Kimura/ Tarikoplata and Omaplata this will complete the internal rotation style shoulder lock game. Hit shoulder locks from anywhere and play the different style locks off each other to create dilemmas. This was the last piece of that puzzle for me and now I’m able to create closed loops of techniques that I can pivot between based on my opponents reactions.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Leglock Prevention by Bjorn Friedrich
Leglock Prevention by Bjorn Friedrich
As an older martial artist, I appreciate the premise of this instructional which is to prevent your opponent from getting close to a submission. Not really about escapes, so much as interrupting your opponents intention of getting you to a position in which they can apply some form of leglock. The video is well shot and easy to follow.

The Coyote Half Guard No Gi by Lucas Leite
I found this to be a very fairly priced instructional with good content and fairly well organized. Also, much of what he shows is consistent with what I've seen him do in competition in studying his footage. He provides some very useful insights that aren't immediately obvious into what makes certain techniques work well and I've already seen some good benefits on the mat from studing this material.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Under rated Instructor
The Anti-Wrestling Equation by Craig Jones
Easy to see how Craig got lost in the mix on DDS - but the man is criminally under rated as an instructor. Innovative, concise, every video he puts out there will improve your game. Also his onlyfans page is straight :fire:. Gabi looks fantastic.

Arm Bars: Enter The System by John Danaher
This dvd has given me not only a more broad view of the arm bar but also given me the confidence to attempt and secure these positions. Danaher is so thorough with his lessons and this instructional is now a staple in my go to bjj files. I've watched it over and over in the years I've had it and I continually enjoy seeing things I've missed or haven't been able to secure before. I highly recommend this instructional video to anyone who trains BJJ and wants to broaden your game in the Juji Gatame postion.
