Dynamic Reverse Guard by Jason Rau
Really ******* good. Jason has mastered being succinct yet choc full of information. I like that he talks about the strategy, his thoughts, and the technique during his demonstrations. He continues to put out some of the best material on fanatics. one thing, I'd love to see a specific sparring section or videos of Jason's rolls where he is applying r guard. Darn near perfect instruction regardless.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Pressure
Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu: Standing Guard Passing by Nicholas Meregali
The pressure generated from the top using the proper head position, proper right hand grip, and proper foot work along with the proper left hand grip makes a day and night difference, talk about cooking your opponent/training partner you can really **** the energy out of them, and then the pass is there either side depending on what your opponent does don’t even have to force it it’s naturally there… it makes sense to why when he competes he makes it look so easy… or how he says is simple and clean :fire::fire:
