this video has helped me not get submitted at all but my training partners and by my opponents. But I'm going give this a four star, due to seeing my boy Placido being treated wrong, it's hard seeing him get slap or beat by the one and only John Danaher, It makes me cry :,(

incredible... I was not expecting this video to be such a gem. Geo actually is incredible teacher and in a very simple way explains entries into this position from multiple scenarios. it's not drawn out and unnecessarily complicated. it's super to the point and the samurai flow alone is worth buying this video. I am extremely impressed with this video and will be looking for more of Geo's vids in future.
