Top 10 Sweeps and Reversals
Top 10 Sweeps and Reversals by Magid Hage
The title is not 100% accurate, it should be the ESSENTIAL top 10 sweeps EVRYONE should know. Magid is an excellent instructor, doesnt waste time with long winded explanations yet still covers loads of variations of all 10 sweeps. Recomended!

A very detailed and systematic approach to surviving and escaping bad positions. John Danaher focuses on concepts, structure, and step-by-step mechanics that work against strong pressure. Best for intermediate/advanced grapplers—can feel heavy and technical for beginners.
X guard review
The Marcelo X Guard by Marcelo Garcia
One of the most effective open guards ever. Marcelo Garcia teaches it with incredible clarity—focused on off-balancing, control, and high-percentage sweeps. Works at all levels, but especially powerful if you like a technical, control-based game.
Octopus secrets 🐙
Octopus Guard 2.0 by Craig Jones
A super effective and modern system that turns a “weird” position into a legit weapon. Craig Jones keeps things simple and focuses on concepts that actually work in live rolls—especially for sweeps and back takes. Best suited for intermediate/advanced no-gi players. Beginners might find it awkward at first.

This guy is a goat
Grappling For Gringos by Chris Thompson
I've trained with him 2 months. My first Jiu-jitsu (No-Gi) experience. He knows the stuff and knos how to teach it. Experience in BJJ, Catch Wrestling ... I think he told me he also did MMA. And very humble, very nice. Louise, the uke, is also a great jiu-jitsu black belt, dangerous :) She took me at first for some basics and to both of them I'm thankful. I was looking for an cheap instructional to cash a 30% code and didn't know what to buy as I'm still a newbie. When I saw this, I did not have any doubt.
Beat Those Grubby Lapel Players
Precision Lapel Guard Escapes by Lucas Lepri
Precision Lapel Guard Escapes by Lucas Lepri is an excellent instructional that delivers exactly what the title promises: clean, high-percentage escapes from tricky lapel-based guards. Lepri breaks down worm guard, reverse de la worm, squid guard, and various lapel entanglements with his trademark precision, emphasizing posture, grip fighting, weight distribution, and efficient transitions back to top control. The instruction is straightforward, detailed without being overwhelming, and very applicable for both intermediate and advanced grapplers who regularly get stuck in modern lapel games. Lepri’s calm teaching style and logical progression make the material easy to absorb and drill. If you face a lot of lapel guards, this one is well worth it.
Ju jitsu for old guys nasty submissions by Bernardo faria
Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Nasty Control & Sneaky Submissions by Bernardo Faria
Great way to increase submission percentage by forcing opponents into uncomfortable positions
Just Stand Up
Some awesome concepts in here. Lots of new information that really helped me look at the standard top player / bottom player scenario in a new light. Craig briefly touches upon some MMA concepts as well. All in all, a very well done and interesting instructional.
