100/10 Love it - Starts with the basics of standing game. The fundamentals that we need. Then a plethora of varied attacks and how to tie them together. I'm still not ready for volume 2 or 3... Will be working through this for a while and really loving it, adding bits here and there over the months. It's just difficult to drill solo so I'm constantly bugging my friends!

Best Hip Bump Instructional
R. H. gives great insights in how to think about base and structure. How to use every part of body and limbs as a shield. Furthermore he shows how to off balance your opponent and dealing with posted arms and body locks. Of course based around the hip bump. Followed by how to wrestle up or move to octopus guard. And of course how to submit within the hip bump. Recommended!

Guard Retention: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher

Consise - Immediately applicable - watching as needed and it's working great
Exit The System by Garry Tonon
Consise - Immediately applicable - watching as needed and it's working great. I'm not watching start to finish, I started with the submission I get caught in most, immediatley I am escaping more often and in a systematic way. Then as I get caught with things in training, I refer back here and get more help. Only not much on back defenses, if this is your focus perhaps you'd prefer something more back defence specific. 10/10 from me.
