Great guard system and great instructional!
Quarter Outside Guard System by Wolfgang Heindel
Wolfgang has a great style of step-by-step teaching and guiding you through all aspects of the position. From how to keep and defend it to how to sweep your opponent depending on his reaction and how to follow up afterwards. I tried some of it in training already and was surprised how accurate Wolfgangs tips and descriptions were. My training partners behaved very similar to what he adresses in the instructional. To me, ist seems also like a very beginner-friendly instructional. Everything is explained in detail and the position itself is not overly complicated. I think it is a great addition to any guard gameplan!
Great Guard System!
Quarter Outside Guard System by Wolfgang Heindel
Wolfgang has a very nice approach to teaching this position which is easy to follow. To me, it seemed very beginner friendly, as he teaches all concepts from how to keep and defend the position to possible passing strategies depending on the opponent's reaction and also how to follow up on the sweep. With this instructional, you get a well-rounded strategy how to fight from Quarter Outside Guard, which in my opinion is a great addition to any guard gameplan!

THE INVERTED DE LA RIVA & GIGI COLLAR SWEEP
The Inverted De La Riva & Gigi Collar Sweep by Alexandre Gigi Paiva
Master Gigi is truly a master of the tiny details. Its these details that separate a coral belt from even a black belt. His attention to the micro movements is what gives him the title of master. Highly recommended. Especially, for players over 40. This is a great system for the masters athlete, in particular. Using leverage & angles even more to your advantage.

Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by Bernardo Faria
This was one of the very first BJJ instructional courses that I ever bought. As a white belt, this was already super helpful, but not that I am rewatching it as a blue belt, I am picking up a lot more details from this course that I never saw when I just started and purchased this course. No matter your belt level, this course is great to either build or perfect your BJJ fundamentals. I would highly recommend!
