Proven Partner Drills For Striking Success by Kirian Fitzgibbons
we have incorporated this whole program into our basics to ensure all of our fighters understand the same combos as a base line. it has streamlined our classes being able to call out the numbers instead of having to constantly show the techniques. this ensures we have enough coaches working with the new guys to keep the class flowing at all times.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Get used to the Ge Guard!
I bought this instructional after attending Gezary's seminar and was impressed with how simple the details were to make an opponent frustrated and breaking their posture down. These details will work so well if you keep practicing to progress the techniques from this instructional all the way to the end. Highly recommend this instructional if you want a new approach to your spider guard, De La Riva game especially using a cross collar grip if that is your preference!

The Modern Butterfly Guard No Gi by Jon Satava
I have always struggled with implementing butterfly card effectively – basically I would always find myself getting my legs thrown over my head, or I would get body locked and passed. In the very first part of this instructional he goes over some really good techniques just for keeping yourself safe in butterfly card which I was immediately able to easily implement to address/avoid those issues ! And then further on he goes over some great grips and attacks that flow together really well. Both the specific techniques and the general concepts are so helpful ! Butterfly went from being something I absolutely avoided to one of my go to guards- even against larger opponents. I 100% recommend this instructional !
