Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:The King is the king for a reason.
Systematically Attacking From Open Guard Seated Position by Gordon Ryan
As always, the instructionals from Gordon is like Danahers, just a bit faster. They use the same language and have the same method of teching. The instrucitons are very in depth and its sometimes hard to comprehend all the information. That might just be my blue belt ****** bjj brain, but there is a lot of material to work on is what im getting at. The biggest difference to other instructionals is that they give out so many hours of material. Iis it more expensive? yes. Is it worth it? If you wanna git gud, absolutley! Buy it now!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Fun, engaging, and worth your time
I've been trying to find ways to improve my flow and body mechanics outside the gym. Although using a ***** can work for walking through some techniques, using these yoga balls are by far the best way to focus on dynamic movement and balance. This instructional is well worth your time and money. Jeff is hilarious and engaging. He keeps things playful but illustrates how powerful these tools can be for your Jiu Jitsu game. After a week of practice I already notice a huge difference in my rolls at the gym. I'm able to transition smoothly between positions while maintaining good pressure and my base feels stronger as I work through passing the guard.

Mastering The Lasso Guard by Marcos Tinoco
As I get older I can't scramble the way I used to anymore. As a smaller guy I find myself on my back quite a bit. Rather than traditional closed guards which a lot of the sweeps and submissions can be stuffed by more experienced level above white belt, the lasso guard works well. It connects you to your opponent, there's many options for sweeps and submissions. There are counters, for different reactions. I do like Marcos opinion about sticking to either the lasso, or the spider guard separately rather than a combination of both.
