I love the turtle position, but it's hard to find good content on how to master it. This video has incredible breadth and depth. Coach Melanson is an amazing teacher and has obviously studied this position deeply. My turtle game has improved since I watched this. It's not just the moves he shows that help, it's the concepts and strategies that help me think about the postion. I am really happy I bought this.
