This instructional is quick and straightforward, but don't mistake it for something you can ignore. The leg pin system is easy to implement, and it does often work. For the price, it's very much worth learning.

Ever since I learned this move instantly added it to my dorsal kimura threats. This instructional helped put the details together and make the submission even harder to escape. I believe most of the knowledge in this instructional is available on youtube though tbh
