Grappling With Yoga by Josh Stockman
The first place I’ve ever seen that simply explained how to stretch to increase range of motion. This understanding has helped to motivate me to really try it out. I’ve been stretching following his procedure for about 30 mins after workout for about 2 months and have already achieved gains I’m really happy with. To me the keys are: (1) warm muscles (2) deepen stretch with breaths (3) bind (pull yourself into deeper stretch) and (4) hold for at least 30 seconds (5) consistent practice (currently doing 5 times a week).

What can I say, you just can’t go wrong with Marcelo Garcia. This is a great instructional that gives you so many options from a single powerful grip. I try to base my overall (technique) game on certain grips that are easy to get and maintain (especially if you are getting older and slower like me) and this one is going to help me tremendously. Another awesome vid from Marcelo and BJJFanatics!

Off With Their Head: The Arm Triangle by Neil Melanson
Many training partners including me also have been quite uncertain when doing arm triangle. Has it been a neck crank or has it been strangle? Sometimes both or sometimes neither. Following Neil's instructions I quickly learned effective way to do the arm triangle and been also able to teach it to my training partners. Now I can do it quite easily with one hand. Strong recommendation for this!

The Video is really good - basically three top tier Professors/Teachers give you a comprehensive gameplan, both from standing and the guard. the techniques are those liste, well explained but better chained. even if I'm not a "bolo guy", I can appreciate the clear philosophy behind the video. highly suggested for beginners - it will give you a clear idea of the mental path you should develop if you want to achieve some results.
