The pacing and presentation are user-friendly. Techniques are demonstrated with crisp angles and repeated in slow motion, which makes grasping subtle grips and transitions much easier.
How to Survive the Triangle
Breaking The Triangle: Escapes, Counters & Sneaky Submissions by Joshua You
Where the instructions really shines is in it's emphasis on counters and sneaky submissions. Joshua doesn't simply teach how to survive the triangle, he teaches how to turn your opponent's aggression into opportunities.
Does what it says on the tin
How to Pass Guards Quickly and Easily Using Leg Attacks by Craig Jones
Craig makes it all simple and clear. Added a bunch more options to my passing stack.
Efficient and not exhausting
Systematically Attacking The Scrimmage: Upper Body Takedowns by Gordon Ryan
Very interesting approach from Gordon to takedown someone with upper body attacks, not big slam and tired takedown. Just off balance, dilemma, reaction from opponent we use to trap him and gain sweep, takedown, take front headlock or rear body lock. We have takedowns from several positions with collartie , overtie, under/overhook, double under/overhook, over under, 2 on 1, armdrag
John Danaher – Master the Move: Arm Drags
Master The Move: Arm Drags by John Danaher
John Danaher’s Master the Move: Arm Drags is exactly what you expect from Danaher: systematic, conceptual, and incredibly detailed—but in a way that actually makes the technique easier to apply live. Rather than treating the arm drag as a single technique, Danaher breaks it down as a movement concept that shows up everywhere: standing, seated guard, butterfly, half guard, and transitions to the back. He spends a lot of time on grips, off-balancing, angle creation, and—most importantly—why arm drags fail and how to fix them. What really stood out to me was how much emphasis he puts on alignment, posture control, and timing. Small details like elbow position, shoulder rotation, and foot placement completely changed the effectiveness of my arm drags during live rounds. This isn’t just “do this, then that”—it’s understanding the mechanics so you can adapt the arm drag to different reactions. The pacing is deliberate, but if you’re someone who appreciates deep understanding and long-term skill development, this instructional delivers. After watching and drilling the material, I immediately noticed more success creating angles, entering the back, and forcing reactions that opened up other attacks. If you use arm drags at all—or want to—this is a high-value instructional that will elevate your grappling across multiple positions. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving their BJJ.
Exceptional No-Gi Choke System – Clear, Detailed, and Practical
High Percentage Chokes: No Gi by Lachlan Giles
The lessons are very well organized and easy to follow. He explains every detail clearly and shows common mistakes and how to fix them. You can really tell he is a very experienced coach. He explains not just how to do the chokes, but why they work and when to use them. The techniques are practical and work well in real training. I have already used some of these chokes in sparring. I highly recommend this course for all levels.
