Professor Gurgel shares rock solid defense concepts and understanding...
Escapes: Old School Evolution by Fabio Gurgel
I have always appreciated seeing what Professor Gurgel has to share. His devotion to BJJ and seeing others improve their performance and understanding of BJJ is only matched by a handful of other instructors out there. Even after 25 years of training and teaching, I still find Professor Gurgel to be a positive example and someone I continue to learn great information from.

Meaningful evolution of the Octopus framework
Octopus Guard 2.0 by Craig Jones
Like the title of my review says, there is a meaningful evolution of the position from last time, which improves the effectiveness of the original Octopus, while making it easier to deploy at the same time. Great instruction as usual, not only in the explaination, but also the rationale behind the movements. This is how BJJ should be, a living, evolving game. A+
