Weapons Based Grappling Fundamentals by Rico Cortes
“Tuhon Rico Cortes delivers outstanding instruction in Weapons-Based Grappling Fundamentals on BJJ Fanatics. Having trained with him personally, I can attest not only to his depth of knowledge and real-world experience, but also to the fact that he is a genuinely humble and truly nice guy. The Fastest Way: To Become an Effective Guard Passer (No Gi) by John Danaher
Former wrestler tired of getting tangled up in guards after a takedown. This instructional is outstanding. My passing is probably twice as good within a matter of weeks and Im using way less energy in those exchanges. I'm not done installing the whole system into my brain yet so once I'm done I'm foreseeing drastic results.

Incredible Resource
