Great instructional, with a viewpoint that is not always discussed, longevity and relevance as you get older and how to train until old age. The 'seasons' of your life makes sense in how to approach training. I especially liked the back attack sequence and the term 'waypoints' to assist in memorizing more longer sequences. I have been using that sequence for some time and it works great.
