Lachlan Giles produces the best instructionals.
I plan to study this one instructional over and over. After more than 15 years of training, I actually know nothing. I'd love to do a seminar.

Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Escapes Gi & No Gi by Lachlan Giles
Great instructional on the fundamentals of the principles of escapes.
Nice escape
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: A New Philosophy Of Submissions Escapes by John Danaher
As a 1 year white belt I've been applying these escapes successfully against purple belts. Great course. Cons: Naming of sections are not useful for quick navigation - escapes 2, 3, 4 do not tell me anything. And also I wish he showed more ankle locks instead of just heel hooks and toe holds (which as a white belt I shouldn't do).
Great Insights
Very helpful for understanding guard passing.
Fantastic
The Complete Bundle by Marcelo Garcia
I love his style and teachings
Great
Systematically Attacking The Scrimmage: Upper Body Takedowns by Gordon Ryan
Great instructional, covers both attacks and ways to disengage from bad positions. Gordon, offers a great variety of attack which allows anyone to find atleast a couple they like. The only thing that sucks about this instructional is he doesn't really blend attacking the upper and lower body together. He says you can attack both the upper and lower body, but it would have been nice if he emphasized playing between the two a little more. I understand this instructional was there to emphasize the upper body attacks, but I have both the upper and lower body instructionals, and I wish he had blended the two.
