Takedowns for the rest of us - exactly what it says
Takedowns For The Rest of Us by Michael Heinz
As a 46 year old 3rd degree BJJ black belt who has been training for 26 years, my ability to change levels is not what it once was. Heinz’s traditional approach to positional play in wrestling positions is highly reminiscent of Matt Lindland’s brilliant book “Dirty Boxing”. Heinz approach contains few if any “lifts” when taking people to the mat. We’ve tested it in the gym and it’s fantastic, especially against larger opponents. You won’t regret buying this!
