Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic - Top Game Gi by John Danaher
Very good teaching, pointers, etc. Naturally, the "training partner" is not acting as a truly skilled defender. However, most of the folks in the gym aren't either. If you wish to improve, it is a must have for all levels, but the degree of benefits depend on where you are starting from.

John Danaher's material is so good I can hardly believe it is available at all, let alone for so cheap. Standing2Ground: Takedowns & Standing Skills For Jiu Jitsu by John Danaher
I’ve been watching takedown videos for years to support my son’s wrestling journey. While I originally bought this video for my own training, I have to say—John has taught me more about how to help my son improve his takedowns than any other video or series I’ve seen.
Just stand up
Good concepts that can be applied to anyone’s game. Continued evolution beyond traditional BJJ.
