Great overview of closed guard

There is gold in this instructional. Covers details and concepts not covered in other instructionals.
Good Instructional, if you can get past the rasp
You Can't Knee bahh by Craig Jones
Craig definitely knows his stuff, and there are some really excellent points made in this instructional. The Corkscrew and overall knee control ideas laid out have definitely lead to an increase in my own leg lock finishes. Drawbacks would be the "jokes" that interrupt a quality instructional and also the fact that Jones' voice is hard to understand throughout the DVD.
Possibly the best instructional I’ve ever seen!
Master The Move: The Back Crucifix by John Danaher
I’ve been playing the crucifix since I was white belt and learned a lot of what I do through trial and error. A detailed instructional of the crucifix position was something I have been dreaming off and John Danaher answered. The amount of detail in this instructional is insane. Yes John is redundant in his teaching but I’ve noticed that method is the best way to get those smaller details engraved into your brain to really make them a habit while under pressure to perform the moves. 5/5 instructional I am going to watch it again and again while trying to master the crucifix position.
