The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
This instructional is an excellent explanation of all the details pertaining to half guard techniques, especially the dog fight. I was shown the dog fight long ago but it never worked until I found this instructional. Also much cheaper than other instructionals from other teachers like Danaher. Well worth the money.
