It was one of the moist common st800 control attacks of my regular partner... some times it worked, some times didn't... but I never was prepared... Now I not only see it's coming, but, though it's not one of my first options, it usually helps passing half guard or in top side control.

The level of detail of this instructional is insane, and probably a good bit too advanced for me right now. Would not recommend for beginners but I will definitely come back to this when I have more open guard experience, I can see this being a resource that you get use of for a long time.
