Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Escapes Gi & No Gi by Lachlan Giles
This is such a helpful instructional, I often find myself returning to this one time and time again. Lachlan has a great way of explaining and demonstrating techniques and things to be thinking about. The only thing that would've been good would've been good to see some of the techniques in the gi too, as the added friction would make some of these escape harder. But I'd definitely recommend this one and any other of Lachlan's instructionals.
