Macedo’s clear explanations and step-by-step demonstrations of turtle fundamentals, crab ride techniques, and advanced defensive strategies have significantly improved my understanding of the turtle position.  I now feel more confident in my defense during training sessions. I highly recommend this DVD to fellow beginners looking to strengthen their defensive game.

Listen, you want something that will change your game and make an impact. This instructional does that and offers a nice other option to the inside guard retention philosophy of New Wave. The only caveat is that being flexible really helps with this instructional, which I am, but if you are not might be tough.
