Finally Start Throwing
No-Gi Judo Throws by Shintaro Higashi
Great instructional! I learned quite a bit on positional dominance, hand fighting, getting the correct off balancing to setup throws. Shintaro does a great job of building the no gi judo system and has multiple entry ways so that you actually get to practice this in the gym. As long as your opponents dont start pulling guard every time. I also appreciated Eugene's input from both the pt and uke perspectives. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants to become a better stand up grappler, you can get a lot from this and there are still a lot of opportunities to mix in your own throws that aren't covered (kata guruma, te guruma, etc).
Great Video Series
No Gi Judo: Foot Sweeps and Trips by Shintaro Higashi
After sitting on this instructional for a couple of months now I've been having a lot of success applying the foot sweeps in the gym. Shintaro does a great job of bringing judo techniques to no gi grappling, by showing various standing positions with multiple attack options. I also practice judo in the gi for about a year now but this has helped me elevate my judo in both sports. I would start with the foot sweeps and trips instructional then move on to the throws instructional. There are a lot of repetitive positions in both but the foot sweeps typically setup the bigger throws, so it makes sense.

Make Z Guard Great Again by Craig Jones
Craig goes over the ins and outs of Z Guard in this instructional. He does a great job explaining everything and he's also pretty hilarious. There's a ton of useful information that I can't to apply on the mats.
Real invisible jiu jitsu!
The Mirroring Principle: Quantum Half Guard by Wim Deputter
If you are looking for an instructional that covers Half guard in depth this is it! Just the first DVD is worth the buy. I learnt so many concepts and ideas to make the positions many times more efficient. The biggest takeaway from this is in the principles that Wim shares. They are not only applicable to half guard but also to any other position. I need to re-evaluate my whole game now.
Running man

Priceless
First Principles Submissions Defense Volume 2: Chokes by Stephen Whittier
If you train in the Gi this is as good as it gets for rapidly improving your game and gaining confidence in the sport. It’s not sexy but good defense makes training much more fun and slows the game down so you can think. I can’t recommend this enough.

Lachlan gives the most value of any instructor out there. He takes time to overview the instructional and designs it like a real course. The series itself is highly detailed but it's something you can go back to again and again as you learn the positions.

I see so many people makeing very fundamental mistakes mostly in MMA, as the saying goes "you don't know what you don't know", in this series you will find so many small gems if fundamentally sound defense, I've been teaching a small morning class in my garage watching all of sensei Xande material and have noticed great improvements when I see them go live on the mats, do yourself a favor and invest in the best!
