Good Video
The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position by John Danaher
nice Video. Not just tech but also a system.
So many variations- I love it!
Championship Catch Wrestling: Arm Locks by Josh Barnett
I love this series on arm bars from Josh. There are so many variations and different ways to apply these locks. Some of them I was familiar with already. There were some new ones that I loved that I will be incorporating. The instruction and attention to detail is fantastic. Highly recommend this download!
short but sweet
The Side Theory Of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by Tony Pacenski
I enjoyed the theory, it was nothing new but he shows a few good ways to offline with armdrags and explained the concepts well. I would recommend this to white belts or those new to grappling.

Well Worth the Buy
Total Crucifix Back Attacks by Dallas Niles
This video is seriously underrated. Even if you're not a crucifix fan it opened my eyes to look for new transitions to the back. And yes in my opinion if you're a sporty Jiu Jitsu person you should start asking "why does this position not get credited for any points." In the video they are in the gi but in my opinion this can EASILY be applied to no-gi. Excellent job Dallas.
Excellent!!
The American Knee Cut by Mason Fowler
He is showing the knee cut very detailed against many types of guards!!
strangles and turrtle breakdowns bu john danaher

Efficiency at its Finest
Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by Bernardo Faria
Faria is just so efficient with his instruction. It makes this series so easily to reference and my kids love it. Try getting kids to watch Danaher lol!
Stretching Sucks
Quicksilver by Pavel Tsatsouline & Jon Engum
This series was a little awkward at times. I’m not sure how well they planned this out prior to execution. But, I definitely benefited from the series, especially the hips instruction, and they have a good understanding of the mobility needs of bjj.
Diamond in the Rough
Kettlebell StrongFirst by Pavel Tsatsouline
Pavel usually charges insane prices from instructionals through strongfirst. I’m a very big fan of his work. The price and instruction you get here along with a the plan is a fantastic value. A must have.
Truly a Complete Instruction
The Ultimate Guard Bundle by Gordon Ryan
No stone is left unturned and the video is easily referenced with the subtitles.
Greatest Danaher Instructional Video
Enter The System Bundle by John Danaher
I have spent more money than I would like to admit on instructionals. I have most of Danaher’s stuff. This series in my opinion is his best stuff. His clarity, detail and efficiency in this series in second to none. The triangles and kimuras series added so much to my game.
Bundle
New Wave Jiu Jitsu Bundle by John Danaher
There is stuff in here I wasn’t expecting and thats a good thing. The submission and pin escape series is absolutely a must have. Counter attacking strategies that work! I wish they would work on better video section names that would make them a little more easy to reference. You don’t necessarily want to sit through 1hr of Danaher when you were just trying to quickly reference back to a detail on the triangle.
So It Begins
Guard Retention: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
I always heard that guard retention was important and as a white belt it honestly took me a while to really understand what was meant by that. Once you start getting better and the guys stop taking is so easy on you and smash your guard like its paper you start to understand. Guard retention is its own beast. This is Danher being Danher. Love it or hate it. If you want to understand the why in great detail and every nut and bolt of the position this is for you.
Actually Useful
Weight Training For Grappling by Michael Israetel
I wasn’t sure what I was going to get with this video. I was afraid it may be too complicated. What I got was solid advice from a knowledgeable source on a simple and effective training plan. Some serious pro tips thrown in there about timing training and recovery as well. Really good stuff.
teddy
The Art of Defense by Teddy Atlas
ted is the bear who knows how to fight.
Game Planning
90 Day Project Based Jiu Jitsu by Josh Vogel
Excellent information for planning progression and understanding the elements and stages of a submission. There is an issue with sound in this video though. I messaged bjjfanatics support and they somehow fixed the sound to where it was bearable. I think the issues was at the time of recording. Bjjfanatics support is some of the best support I have ever interacted with though. Thank you!
deborah
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Self-Defense For Women by Deborah Gracie
debbie knows her stuff
Initiate Contact
Master The Move: Arm Drags by John Danaher
I **** at initiating contact or having a solid plan when starting from a neutral position, standing or knees. This helped me develop a strategy to initiate contact which is one of my biggest weaknesses.

This video is very detailed on how to get someone in the crucifix from every position and use it for submissions. He gets straight to the point with no small talk but very detailed in each position. I have been applying the techniques that I've learned in this video and it works. Highly recommend.
Become dangerous from the scarf hold
Championship Catch Wrestling: The Head and Arm Ride by Josh Barnett
Some very cool ideas from an underutilised and often misused position. The nuances on keeping the pin are most valuable. The submissions Josh teaches from this position will certainly surprise your opponent.
