Really well explained

It shows you many things that you can apply, like how to diet based on the energy system you gonna use the most and supplements that help your anaerobic system perfom better.
Really well broken down
Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by Bernardo Faria
Brilliant. What I love most is that: 1) The video player remembers where you last were. 2) The amount of content you get for a very reasonable price. 3) How comprehensive the material is. Each position/technique is broken down into manageable segements. 4) A lot of these things I see covered in class but struggle to remember. I now have an easily accessible way to refresh my memory. Would definitely recommend. It's on deal quite a lot so if combining a discounted price with any rewards earnings - the total cost versus the amount of material you get is incredible value.
