No wrestling background, but this drastically improved my pinning
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
I am 9 months into BJJ with no grappling/wrestling background. The concepts taught in this instructional have really improved my pinning ability. After rolling, a lot of partners ask me what I was doing and explaining how difficult it was to fight against. Plus, Craig Jones is very funny, talented and I think he does a great job explaining the details in this instructional. Would highly recommend!

Championship Catch Wrestling: Bottom Defense & Counter Offense by Josh Barnett
This video is a fantastic introduction to defending off the bottom without the guard. I highly recommend this video to anyone who likes a wrestle heavy approach to grappling, any mma fan, and anyone looking for a better defense in a rel life situation. I also think Barnett is one of the most underrated teachers on this sight. He is as good an any ive seen and I highly recommend any of his videos.

Great Tutorial!
Linking Half Guard And Pressure Passing by Alexandre Vieira
Alexandre offers interesting new takes on a familiar takedown and halfguards. I couldn't wait to start trying out what he was showing in this instructional, and though I'm nowhere near done exploring his teachings from this video, what I've tried so far has been easier than expected and I'm super excited about being given a whole different way of looking at the familiar. Even the little detail about the feet is really great to know. My uke is super excited after my trying some of this out on him, and he can't wait to learn the rest of this with me! The more fresh takes we can explore on any given segment of jiu-jitsu, the more expansive our understanding becomes in all sorts of different applications.
