The Anti-Wrestling Equation by Craig Jones
Excellent content, love this guy and heaps to take away to play with. Weird seeing Craig semi professional, I Kept waiting for Craig to crack jokes which finally came in section 4 which was a goody. Interesting to notice the stark contrast between JD and Gordon ryan style instructional where their partner is "your opponent" vs Craig who refers by name to his partner and remembers he's a human being...like when he remembered who Gordon was when he had latched up a finishing armbar at ebi final (just saying).
