Great course, it covers a lot of useful detail, including small points that really make a difference. I love the length, you don’t have to commit full days to get through it, and he packs a lot of value into a short amount of time..

Jiu jitsu for old guys over under passing system
Jiu Jitsu for Old Guys: Over / Under Pressure Passing System by Bernardo Faria
Great instructions. A must get for people over 40. I am the oldest in my school by no less than 20 years. Passing guard is just so much energy spent before the role even begins. And the younger guys know it. This pressure passing system reversed that. Now it’s the 20 year old wheezing by the time my 46 year old *** passes guard.

Superb instructional. Clear and precise. useful.
Great Job at explanations
Toe Fold and Shin Locks by Joshua You
The video does a great job breaking down toe folds and shin-based attacks in a way that feels simple and usable. Joshua explains the positioning and pressure clearly, so you understand not just how to apply the submissions, but how to control your opponent leading up to them. It doesn’t feel rushed or overly complicated.
Clear Teachings
Breaking The Triangle: Escapes, Counters & Sneaky Submissions by Joshua You
One of the best parts is how simple and clear the teaching is. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, and you can start trying the techniques right away in training. The “sneaky submissions” are also a nice bonus and can catch your training partners off guard.

Excellent
Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Entries For Over Under by Bernardo Faria
I'm not quite in the old guys club yet, but I like how this instructional teaches old school control concepts and gives you lots of options for approaching the over under pass. Very good set of setups to have in your arsenal so that you don't have to think too much when passing.

Cool catch style setups
Hybrid Grappling Explained by Jesse Marez
Great mixture of catch and BJJ techniques, some interesting setups you may not have seen before. I like how Jesse shows the techniques from various angles so you can see what's happening. I also like how one volume is dedicated to no-gi and the other the gi so you can have a set of techniques that utilise the handles that the gi offers.
Excellent breakdowns
Old School Crushing Pressure and Submissions by Murilo Bustamante
Murilo a mma veteran show pressure control and submissions that are useful even now. Do not count this instructional out if you're a BJJ enthusiast.
Another part of the puzzle
Double Sleeve Grip System by Alexandre Dantas
For me collar sleeve was always the logical go to move. But since double sleeve was used more in more in current competitions this instructional was a great introduction for me to get into this setup. Really comprehensive and rich set of techniques.

The Estima Lock & New School Toe Hold by Braulio Estima
Clear explanations of how to make toeholds n estima locks work. Would be great if he clarifies which locks are legal for IBJJF Gi, especially the toeholds that turn outwards instead of inwards to the butt. Well worth the money.
New stuff from Worm Guard.
The Worm Guard by Florian Bayili
This Worm Guard instructional is very good and easy to understand. The techniques are explained in a simple and clear way, so it is easy to follow and use them in training. Florian Bayili shows everything quickly and directly, without wasting time. For me, the best and new part was the Reverse Worm Guard. This position was the most interesting and useful, and I learned many new details about how to control and attack from there. The instructional is practical, well organized, and great for anyone who wants to improve their Worm Guard game.

Finishing Guillotines From Everywhere by Alexandre Vieira
Guillotine was always a sort of Achilles‘ heel for me, as my coach and our gym has a strong legacy for other techniques and so we do not have a lot of people who work with it. But another gym in my town is very well known for their Guillotinen game and were also very successful with it at competitions. So this instructional was my starting point to get into this submission and it delivered well. The structure of it is very helpful and you get an good overview of the different types of guillotines and how to apply them from different positions. Imho, for more advanced people who already have a solid guillotine setup I think there are better options, but for a almost newbie like me in that technique, it was great
