EL Monstro Front Headlock Attacks by Elder Cruz
Wide survey of front headlock techniques, full of practical advice- I feel like I can go into training tonight and implement Professor Cruz's front headlock sequences right away. Especially enjoyed the explanation of the underhook front headlock series, feel like that is a useful way to implement front headlock attacks in BJJ. Thank you BJJ Fanatics & Professor Cruz!

BJJ Fanatics Insiders Club - 7 Days Free-Trial
It’s very hit and miss with who is instructor of the month, Insiders club really peaks when a Giancarlo Bodini or Neil Melanson for example takes a private class and discusses rolling footage these were good this was great. Some months however appeared lacklustre in comparison and can’t help but feel disappointed in what I’d pay for. It was sad to see some months had zero no-gi which was a shame as I only train no-gi. I will credit however the Solo drills and written articles these I personally enjoyed however I am aware I’m a minority and most people don’t see solo drills and articles something worth paying for, but I thought they were great. It’s great that there is a more accessible subscription service but there is much room for improvement for me. I was hoping that I would be getting a feeling like Id be missing out if I wasn’t subscribed but I don’t feel there’s any content giving me fear of missing out with this one.

Mikey was able to expound on defense sequences based on modern attacks at the high level. The concepts and sequences are phenomenal and shows high effectivity/performance rate and would require minimal adjustments for those with a different body frame. All in all, a must have in your Jiujitsu arsenal especially for those competitors!
