Diamond Concept: The Diamond Guard Frame, Shield, Elegant, Pedal by Xande Ribeiro
Xande Ribeiro shares his signature guard recovery/retention. 4 steps. They work. You just have to identify which step is the next andcif you have to step backwards or forwards first. Highly recommend!

The Pena Back Attack System: Retention, Control, Submissions by Felipe Pena Preguica
I had really high hopes for this instructional because my back attack and retention game is weak, and I know it's an important area of bjj to be effective at. Pena is a world class competitor and famous for his back attacks (amongst other things he does very well), and so again, I had high hopes for this instructional. Also, Pena is probably my favorite bjj competitor so as a fan, I was excited about this instructional and hoped it would be great. Felipe does a fantastic job of explaining his game, and I learned so much. Felipe's personality also comes through in the instructional, and he's a pleasure to listen to, because he is very friendly and funny. He has a good sense of humor and is nice to listen to. Thanks for the instructional Felipe, I am going to make it the backbone of my back attacking game. I also own Felipe's World Class-Back Takes From Bottom which I need to watch because it will complement Felipe's Back Attack System. I know the Back Takes instructional will be great because this one was awesome!

What an excellent instructional!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:The 50/50 Arm Passing System: Gi
The 50/50 Arm Passing System: Gi by Leo Vieira
Professor L. V. provided a great instructional of his signature passing system. It fits perfect for me. Because of my stiff knee I am vulneralbe against triangles and so I looked for a method to overcome this with a minimum amount of effort when dangerous szenerios in live rolling arise. This system helps me a lot to confuse and pass my training partners and opponents. Sometimes I have a very hard time to break the sleeve grips. This system offers a lot of opportunities to negate the grips first and breaking it later when already at a safe spot. Highly recommend!!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:essential passing system
Tripod Float Passing by Paul Schreiner
I've been using this passing style for a few years now. after watching this instructional, I've been able to add better understanding and depth to this style of passing. Paul is a good teacher.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great instructional. Huge bang for your buck!
The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
I bought this in my first year of training to learn half guard. It was a ton of information for relatively cheap compared to many other instructionals. At the time, I wasn't ready for a lot of the topics covered in this instructional. I just took the half guard basics and skipped the rest. Was still worth the price at the time. However, now that I'm in my third year of training, I've started digging into other topics, as well, like shin on shin, rdlr, and seated guard options. This instructional touches on all of that. It just keeps on giving! Great instructional. Definitely pick it up.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Destructive Side Control Submissions
Destructive Side Control Submissions by Ed Abrasley
E. A. offers a whole submission system out of side control straight out of it or by transitioning to kesa gatame or north south or south means legs. So he shows how to attack neck and back as well as arms and legs. He is utilizing also crucifix from the back.

10 for 10 Yoga by Sebastian Brosche
Good yoga instructions with a lot of different stretches.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Some people talk about Priit
Protecting & Generating Dynamic Offense From The Turtle by Priit Mihkelson
Some people talk about Priit as a white belt trap, and maybe I have fallen into it, but I have had a lot of success with Priit's turtle instructional. Consequently, I've noticed my escapes getting better because I always feel as though I can resort to turtle, and my top pressure has been getting stronger because I actively try to avoid relying heavily on turtle. Maybe counterintuitive, but helpful nonetheless.
Bait and pass with the 5050 Arm Passing System
The 50/50 Arm Passing System by Leo Vieira
Professor L. V. provided a great instructional of his signature passing system. It fits perfect for me. H. exlanaitions are very structured and easy to follow so that some techniques get a high rate of success in my opinion.. He also gives some great follow up options to submit if the tarikoplata fails. Great instructional! Even for less fexible people likw me.
