Butterfly Guard Rediscovered 3.0 by Adam Wardzinski
This Instructional has been very helpful for me to improve my Butterly guard. The sound is great. The camera angles are also good. Adam does a great job showing all the details needed to make these move work for you.

The content is very good although the quality of the sound is not always great. Also the tiles for each section are not descriptive enough to help me look what i am looking for.

This seminar did not dissapoint. If you want to learn how to apply pressure from top and bottom, get this instructional.

Lachlan is one of my favorite instructors because I feel like I can relate better to him than to a lot of the physical freaks that dominate the top of the BJJ foodachain. Lachlan has done it with skill and grit and this series shows you the details he uses to hang with and beat younger, more athletic opponents. I've had great success with the concepts he covers in this series and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to take their passing game up a notch.
