Professor K.K. did an excellent job of breaking down the various finishing positions and mechanics for the inside heel hooks first. Second another one in showing how to off balance out of the RDL/false reap and then how to get into the finish out of or a backtake or sweep. He gives a lot of solo demos to give a better understanding how to move your own body properly.
