Iranian Bodylock System Weapons of Pass Destruction by Mike Rakshan
Professor M. R. developed this great series of how to get into and how to act out of the body lock by either pass out of or take the back out of or directly submit out of it! He first explains the different types of grips. Second how to enter into the system 😉 Third how to finish the body lock pass or when and how to convert into other passes or backtakes and finishes. He offers a straight forward step by step approchvof maximum 6 steps so that it is easy to remember. Higjly recommend especially forbä less athletic people!

A diamond
The Daisy Fresh Curriculum: White Belt Bundle by Heath Pedigo
This curriculum is a game changer. Heath is really giving to the community. For years he must have studied the most effective and championship proofen techniques and gives them away for a hand full of dollars. I’m an experienced purple belt but I got quite often passed by some good guys or my passes didn’t have the necessary impact to get through the guard of a good guy. With Heaths adjustments to many well known techniques and his general aggressive approach I can only imagine how good his students must be. Thank you for this instruction and for this opportunity to learn from a great spirit
Great lessons

Simple and effective
Jordan Teaches Bottom Half Guard by Jordan Preisinger
Love Jordan's YouTube channel and this video is a great breakdown of his half-guard game. It's fairly short, simple and effective, so you can put it into practice in a week. It has really given a much better idea of what to do from half-guard and I have been getting sweeps from there in the gym as a result, as well as keeping people's weight off me. The concepts have much wider application too, giving me some 'ahah' moments on BJJ as a whole. Good stuff.
Don't be scared of takedowns!
