If Henry Cejudo would have watched this video he would have easily beaten Aljo Sterling for the belt. He had the front headlock position numerous times but didn't do anything with it. This front headlock system is simple and effective. Highly recommend.

Most complete instructional about half guard without a doubt. It helped me build an entire system around it. Everything is very well organized and should be the reference for other instructionals. The fact that it also has sparring footage makes this a must buy.
