K. R. provides an instructional that is seeking for comparison. She is covering every range of distance. She builds everything around a major takedown technique sourrounded by follow ups if the main one does not work. Furthermore she connects all the diffetent kinds of takedowns. She also covers all common kinds of grips and grip breaks if needed. Also counter takedowns and reshots and arranging back clinches are covered deeply. She explains the techniques on the point without missing any key detail! Highly recommend!
