The Counter Throwing Wrestling Manual by Katelyn Jarrell
This is a fantastic instructional that will benefit any level or style of wrestler. I find it particularly useful for Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling where these throws will garner you 4 big points and land you in pinning positions. Those pinning positions are obviously applicable to jiujitsu and MMA as well. Katelyn is an excellent instructor and does a tremendous job of breaking down the techniques as well as the whys and what-ifs. This is among my very favorite instructional. I can't get enough of the upper body wrestling instructionals.
