Paulson gives some moves here that they won’t see coming! Very stealthy, Will have to be careful applying these with training partners in rolls, but in competitions or in a street self-defense situation would be gold with the quick finishes they would provide!

Sambo: The Top Game - A Blue Print For "Smeshing" by Khabib Nurmagomedov
I really like this Sambo video, I feel that here in the states Sambo isn’t that big yet but it’s going to be in the years to come. With that be said the technics in this video have made me a beast on the mat. Learning The techniques on this video have made me a real problem for the other guys in the gym. The video goes over covering distance, take downs and smash passing

The Foundations of Back Control by Ante Dzolic
Ante is a great teacher. His way of teaching is very clear and well structured. He gives an overwiew at the benning of each volume. After each section within a volume there is a summary and a forecast to the upcomming one. He offers a very useful step by step approch and creats links to all the different options of getting the back, keeping and attacking from the back. all under the approch of constantly beeing a threat :). His concept ist so useful. Highly recommend!

How to Defend Against Everyone by Chris Paines
Awesome instructional. Learning Jiu Jitsu can be tough as a white belt as it sometimes seems to be taught as a series of moves and reactions to opponents' moves. As a white belt I get dominated a lot but it was refreshing to roll with just a few simple concepts in my head and try to follow them throughout. I tried out some of the choke defense concepts this evening while rolling and was noticeably harder to choke. It even got a few remarks from partners.
