Get Off My Legs Gringo by Craig Jones
I only wanted to learn the leglock game to properly defend against them. This instructional is perfect in that respect and I've felt a lot more confident working to escape leg entanglements as a result. Half the battle was understanding what position I was being put in, with the other half knowing the best D against it. Craig gives you both. Once that info is committed to memory I hope to be escaping so often that training partners stop trying them.

Very detailed instructions lot of advantageous movements still a most have.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Scramble-y
Excellent new material with techniques/tricks that began working immediately upon trying in live scenarios. I have a problem with training partners stalling out in my Z-guard and making attacks difficult. With the introduction of some wrestle up techniques Craig shows here, I've adapted my game to eradicate that issue. Now, I feel like there's always a path to explore and it's created a lot of fun scramble opportunities for back takes and unorthodox positions. I imagine I'll keep coming back to this instructional over time, as there's a lot to unpack.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Deep Leg Defense
Championship Wrestling Fundamentals Cowboy Defense by John Smith
As a big fan, having watched and read a lot of material produced by John Smith I am kind of biased writing this review but stay with me. John Smith is without a doubt one of the greatest wrestling technicians alive. This Video shows a lot of deep leg defense, especially against single leg and high crotch attacks. John Smith has a gift of using very easy to understand language that is still very precise and full of details that need to be understood to make positions work. This is a great video for deep leg defense against singles and high crotches. This video does not cover a lot on double leg and baseline defense. As long as one knows this, John Smith wont disappoint. If one looks for more takedown defense Zack Esposito's -The Complete Guide To Wrestling Defense 3 volume series are well worth a look. My conclusion is highly recommended at least, but for me a must! Hope this helps :)
