Great instruction from a legend! 50/50 arm pass is very effective. Not sure why this isn't gaining more traction. Once you obtain this grip. It's pretty much a done deal. Recommend getting 50/50 arm pass in the gi too. More overall knowledge of the position and it's possibilities.
