Wish I had this instructional as a white belt, highly recommended also to the coloured belts. Danaher teaching stye is one of a kind. It is not entertaining, but his understanding of the body dynamics and details he point out are astonishing and keep you engaged.

I just finished this instructional found it super easy to follow. Junny does a great job showing techniques multiple times from multiple angles. Very clear and professional and I've already seen an uptick in my guard passing. I will most definitely be buying the whole guard passing series.

Simple and brilliant! I have been playing with these postures and positions recently, they are game changers. Learn then practice these moves and you will be very confident on your back defense.
